Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Can team members join without increasing my plan cost?
You can invite additional team members as long as they fit within the user limits of your current plan. If your workspace exceeds those limits or requires extra resources, you’ll need to upgrade your plan to accommodate them.
What is your refund policy?
If you experience an issue or believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis according to our subscription terms.
